Introduction:

Tourism professionals must provide services that attract travelers globally since they all go online to check for the best prices available. They can immediately make reservations and pay for travel services.
Objective:
This course offers students a comprehensive understanding of the modern global fast-changing electronic tourism industry. Graduates can find employment at international airlines, airports, cruise ships, travel agencies, manage their own tour businesses, or work as freelance tour leaders. Students may also choose to pursue a certificate in tourism operation management, along with the globally recognized and prestigious Diplomas.
Entry Requirements:
i. SPM with 3 credits in any subjects.
ii. UEC – with Grade B in any 3 subjects.
iii. O-level with Grade C in any 3 subjects.
iv. KKM Level 3 certificate related to tourism.
v. International students must have a High School qualification recognized by the Malaysian Government.
vi. Other qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
vii. International students must have MUET (Band 2), IELTS 4.0, or other English qualifications accepted by the Malaysian Government for 2nd year visa renewal and before entering the main course. Conditional offers to international students must have MUET (Band 2), IELTS 4.0.

DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT

Introduction:
This diploma in hotel management course is designed to provide students with a broad view of the global dynamic hospitality industry. Students attain relevant skills needed to gain employment at international 5-Star hotels and resorts, international airlines as flight attendants, cruise ships, restaurants, prestigious clubs, and spas, etc. It also equips students with the confidence and management skills to operate and manage their own restaurants, homestays, or boutique hotels. Additionally, those interested in furthering their education may explore a certificate in tourism operation management or other travel management courses.
